Logging in has never been easier too. The new models support simplified login for users of Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Entra ID) and Google Workspace. With single sign-on (SSO), you can connect to your files and folders without needing to enter multiple passwords.
Better paper handling
The new bizhub i-Series models also handle paper more efficiently. You can add up to four trays, or three optional trays for A4 devices, increasing the paper capacity. This means you won’t need to refill paper as often, and you can print on different types of media in one job. The “Automatic Media Detection” function, standard on some A3 models and optional on others, has been improved. Using sensors, the device can automatically identify the type of paper you’re using, saving you time changing paper thickness settings and eradicating jamming because of this.
